Previously played at: The Space, London (April 2016)
Based on the short stories of Oscar Wilde
Adapted for the stage by Sepy Baghaei

Everyone knows the classic works of Oscar Wilde – The Importance of Being Earnest, Dorian Gray – but not so many know about his short stories. For the very first time, a selection of these stories have been adapted for the stage in WILDE TALES.

Drawing on his two major collections – The Happy Prince and Other Stories and A House of Pomegranates, Suitcase Civilians take the magic of these stories and translate them into a wondrous experience for young and old alike.

Stone princes and Spanish princesses, talking birds and terrifying giants: there’s something for everyone in Wilde Tales. This is a highly immersive adventure where the audience is invited to embrace the power of storytelling and the joy of communal experience.
